Graduate Picture Frame

Black and silver congratulations graduation picture frame. Fits a 4x6 photo. Has some scratches and a smudge, please see images. Most of the scratches are around the edges. Can be a standing frame or has notches in the back to be hung in portrait or landscape position *bundle with another item from my closet and I’ll include this frame for free!
