“Gracelyn” Black Knee High Boots- Steve Madden

Beautiful black over the knee boots. Black suede material like fabric, easy to put on. Has an adjustable drawstring shaft opening, heel is 4”. Worn a few times but it’s still in good condition, has a minor scruff in the front (shown in picture) Always willing to negotiate so send me an offer :)
