Beautiful skirt with attached shorts and velvet Moonie details on the tulle. The tulle is super soft and flows wonderfully!
Size Large, with an elastic waist measurement of about 13" across unstretched. Waistband can stretch a good amount, but the shorts don't have as much stretch!
Didn't come with tags, but will come in the shipping bag it came in when I received it
Priced as low as I can go! Just trying to get back what I paid with shipping.

My max measurements are:
Waist 39 1/2 inches 99 cm
Hips 44-45 inches hips 114 cm,
Would this skirt fit me?

@mchristen453 I'm sorry, probably not. I think the waistband would be fine, but there's not a lot of stretch to the shorts.
