Grace Elements black draped collared cardigan with bell sleeve and ruffled waist. Fabric is very stretchy and has a tie front closure. Can be worn open or closed. Collar hem is slightly asymmetrical Size medium. Approximate measurements: Length from shoulder 37”, sleeve length 18”. Shoulder width 15”. New with tag (color is black, looks lighter in photo)
