Gown/Robe - embroidered, poly satin, Sz S

Satin (polyester) gown/robe with multicolor pastel embroidery and blue piping. Tag size small but see measurements for possible medium fit. Tiny shiny spots (see last pic), unknown cause but fabric intact.
