The soldiers cap stair has six main rays signifying the six provinces of Canada at the time the regiment was formed. The star was awarded based on their successful completion of their Basic Military Qualification Course This is a pre-owned metal badge featuring a starburst design with a central cross. The badge has a circular inscription around the cross. It has a silver-tone finish on the front and a silver-tone finish on the back. The badge is equipped with two copper-colored loops for attachment. There are minor scratches and wear visible, consistent with its pre-owned condition.
