Large frame. Unsure of hipbelt size (likely medium) but for reference I'm a 33" waist, and sit perfectly in the middle so I reckon you could go up or down a few inches no problem. Holds 30lbs/60l 422 grams or 14.9oz bare back 778 grams or 1lb 11.5oz with frame, back pad and belt.
