Gorgeous Vintage Painted & Jeweled Glass & Feather Dangle Earrings

These vintage earrings are definitely a conversation piece and so unique. I don't know a lot about their origin, but their uniqueness alone makes them a must have. The top oval part is done in what looks to be hand-blown glass which is handpainted and embellished with faux jewels. The bottom consists of dangling feathers. They have ornate end caps and ear wire Hooks and are 3.5" in length. I could not find a stamp and my tester isn't working at the moment, so I'm assuming they are done in a silver plate.
