Gorgeous tropical dress/romper

Purchased for my sister from a boutique store in the Caribbean and unfortunately didn’t fit her. Never been worn. Beautiful summer tropical print. Looks like a short dress because of the cut but actually a romper! Size medium but runs small. Closer to the fit of a women’s small
