Gorgeous sorbet-like Eliza J dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. It has the look and feel of silk. It’s fully-lined with a cinched waist and batwing sleeves. It supposedly came with a belt (it has the loops on the side), but I bought it without and wore it without and it always looked great. Approx. 33.5” long, 13” in the elastic waist.
