Gorgeous sheer ruffle front blouse

This top is gorgeous and the only reason I’m selling it is because it doesn’t fit 😭 it’s a sheer ribbed material with lace trim and a ruffle neck. There is a tiny hole in the back of the neck (see pic). There is no stretch and it measures 18” pit to pit when laid flat, shoulders are 14” and it’s 22” long.
