Gorgeous natural earth mined diamond 14k gold necklace and chain like new

Absolutely gorgeous! The stone is 1/3 carat i color si 2 clarity set in 14k white gold with a yellow gold trim. The chain is 14k white gold 585 which is 14k gold stamp is shown. I just had my jeweler professionally clean it. The stone looks much larger due to the setting. It was worn maybe a few times from an ex-boyfriend, so I want to pass it on for someone to enjoy it.
