Gorgeous mermaid style, shoulder evening gown.

Bought at Nordstrom for a gala event but wore something else. NWT, never worn. Gorgeous blue/grey/green color and lux fabric. Tiers at bottom have generous length for someone tall or to wear with heals. Delicate ruffles off shoulder and spaghetti straps too.
