Gorgeous flowy vivid blue Tahari midi dress with pockets - Like new XS

I love this dress but the color doesn’t look good on me. So I know I just won’t wear it… It’s beautiful and perfect. With side pockets, removable belt and belt loops. Buttons all the way down so can be used as a coverup as well. Light gold threads throughout Lined 3/4 of the way with side slits. Sleeves can be rolled up and buttoned up. Super light and comfortable. Like new. Never worn.
