jessicanguyen13 @pnilesrandolph Hello dear. The dress doesn't have much stretch to it, it is fully lined, the out side is 100% polyester, the lining is 55% polyester, 43% cotton, 2% elastane . Hope this helps♡

pnilesrandolph Ok, the measurements are a bit off. 13.5" according to my tape measure is arm size. My waist is 38", bust/back 43". Please post measurements again. Also, if possible stretch the elastic waist so I can see how much additional room dress allows. Thanks.

pnilesrandolph Jessica, as much as I love this dress, I don't think it will work. I would purchase a large at the store. Sometimes mediums fit depending on the cut. I do not feel confident the dress will fit without trying it on. So sorry. I am so sad.
