Gorgeous chiffon floral skirt

This is such a beautiful skirt!! The waist is super small, so it doesn't fit me anymore lol. I wish it did tho!! I got this skirt on Amazon and I think it came from China, so there is no brand or waist tag... Well made, tho! Waist measures 11in across flat, but is elastic and stretches (19.5in max). Length is 35in. I only wore this a couple times, like new!
