Brand new. Padded cups, lace up back so can be adjustable. Pic of me is NOT good as I am slouching but dress is definitely very long. I’m 5’5” and would have to have it tailored big time (although I’m not wearing heels here). Gorgeous material. Never wore for the wedding I purchased for!
