Gorgeous brown velvet skirt with inserts

Elastic banded waist measuring 15" with length 29". Manufacturers tag was cut out but material is 100% polyester. Used but in great condition. Moving to warmer climate and it will be too hot for me. Bottom twirls and skirt is swishy. Any questions, please ask. Smoke free home. Thanks for looking.
