Gorgeous blue topaz ring!

This is a solid sterling silver with gold wash blue topaz ring. It is hallmarked with 925 and a symbol that looks like a pile of gold inside a square or 3 circles with one circle on top 2 on the bottom. It is a designer ring but I can't remember the name. If anyone knows the stamp I'm describing please comment! This is an estate ring that is in excellent condition. Size 6 or 6.5
