Gorgeous blue knee length bubble dress - Size 4

Royal blue silk bubble dress in a size 4. It comes down to my knees, but I am only 5’2 :) This would be an amazing dress for prom or a cocktail party. I’ve only worn it twice, but I would recommend getting it dry cleaned to get the silk to lie perfectly straight. In great condition!
