Gorgeous black skirt

Duh a deep black it’s hard to see the pretty details on this skirt. 2 Pleats along front run vertical. Ruffled bottom. Lined. Tie belt (optional). Side zip. I don’t think ever worn because the tag holders are still inside but tags are gone.
