Rare, gorgeous, authentic ISSEY MIYAKE designer dress. MADE IN JAPAN. Strapless stretch halter dress in beautiful olive green color. What modern size would this suit ?

Overall, I would say size 4. The material does stretch though, so it could fit a 2 to 6, depending on how form-fitting you're comfortable with. I am a 4 on top and 6 on bottom and I personally feel it's a bit too tight on me, which is sad because it's beautiful and I love the dress.

@ejm12345 I can't say for sure, but I think it would fit. I just measured the top of the dress, laying flat, and it is 11 1/4" across, but again with a good amount of stretch. Worst case scenario, you could easily have it taken in, as it as a simple single seam down the back. Hope this helps. :)
