Gorgeous Vintage Homemade Floral bubble hem dress, size xs

Stunning 60s vintage bright floral dress with bubble hem and gathering in front and pleats in back! Very structured and flattering silhouette with thick cotton material— no stretch. Bubble skirt has some tulle lining to give the dress more volume and structure. Make this dress pop with bright red lipstick and 👠!! No tags so I’m guessing this was stitched at home following a pattern, about an xs. Bust : 32/34, waist: 26/27 inches. Purchased at vintage store in Austin. Hard to let this one go— selling because it no longer fits me :(( in great condition— have only worn once or twice. Ships from a pet and smoke free home.
