Gorgeous Per Se Patterned Skirt White Aqua Blue Tan Sz 12 Designer Pencil

I have for sale this gorgeous vintage skirt in a size 12 by Per Se. This was purchased from an estate and it is so beautiful. I love the color combination in the skirt and I really love the pattern.
