Gorgeous Pale Blue and White Dress

EUC tea length dress would be perfect for the courthouse bride, a second wedding, or as a special wedding guest. Very little to go on, I’m reposhing this. It appears to have been custom made. The blue is almost a silver. The dress fits about a size 8/10.
