Gorgeous NWT jeweled sparkle mini Skirt L/XL

Sadly never wore this but it’s in perfect condition with tags on. So sparkly! And not cheesy glitter but acrylic jewels painted metallic! Has a little bit of stretch which is why I think an XL might also be able to wear this? Please refer to photos for measurements.
