This is a gorgeous shorts romper approximately size medium, see measurements. No tags, but this is a medium-weight crêpe fabric, possibly rayon, not a stretch fabric. The fabric has a fabulous Mexican pottery-type floral print in black, turquoise, pink, orange, burgundy and white. This is a step-into item with elasticized waist and collar. Pretty ruffled collar can be worn on or off-the-shoulders as shown. Front waist has decorative black tassel ties Approximate unstretched measurements are 38 inches at bust, 24 inches at waist (will stretch up to approximately 36 inches), 43 inches at hips, 2 1/4 inch inseam, 12 inch front rise, 30 inches in length.
