Made in Turkey, this skirt is stunning! A little too small on me so it is looking for a new home. Only worn once. Great weight for fall/winter if paired with tights and boots. Appx. measurements lying flat: waist 15.25", hip 18.25", 20-22" at widest point, 39" long. Material has some stretch.

cerajain @akristenek Just posted measurements and a few photos. European size 40 could be anywhere from a US size 9 to 10. Given I wear size 10 and this is a bit snug in my hips I would say it is closer to a size 9. Hopefully the lying flat measurements are helpful.
