Gorgeous! London Times Dress

London Times, cream and black colored dress. Size 8. Top is cream/beige colored with pleating and rose design details in front, with ruffled collar. Bottom is solid black. Back is single zipper and two buttons. Also with pleat details. Soft, silk feel to top of dress.There is one dark discolored spot on INSIDE of dress near arm opening. Not visible at all on outside of dress! Measurements are approximate 36" long from shoulder to bottom 16" across armpit to armpit 14" at waist when laid flat
