Gorgeous Indian earrings

these gorgeous drop earrings are from India. They do not appear to be sterling silver, and although the stone inlay looks very much like lapis, I am not certain it is. Still, they are dainty, and bohemian. These are new and have never been worn, but please look at the last photo, I noticed there seems to be a slight divot in the stone, but not noticable. So I'm selling them a little cheaper.
