Gorgeous Gold multiple colored dress

Gold multicolor short sleeved dress with floral designs. Label state size is 38. It measures 45 in length and side splits 13 in. Not sure of the material (no tags or lining) but has satin feel. There is a little mark (see image 3) but not very noticeable.
