Gorgeous Flowy Floral Maxi Halter Dress

This dress is an absolute show stopper! Painted floral design is super colorful against the off-white background. Two splits that come thigh-high. I’m almost 5’9” and this is long enough for me to wear heels but somehow my 5’6” neighbor tried it on and it worked for her too (I think because the cinched waist lets it sit in whatever spot it needs to).
