The Skirt is approximately 38-39” long and drapes beautifully! It has an elastic waist that’s appx. 16+” across… The bottom measures to be about 52+” in diameter, giving it such a beautiful dramatic movement with each step! The vest is appx. 22” pit to pit and is about 21” long from shoulder to hem. Notice the pretty scalloped detail in back! It is fully lined and completely finished out!
