computershoptx @lgm87 Thank you for your interest. The waist laying flat is 12 3/4" across and the chest laying flat (arm pit to arm pit) is 16". I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any additional questions. This dress is lovely, and I always received many compliments when I wore it. I am sad it doesn't fit me any more!
