This dress is top to bottom aqua sequins. The waist and neck also have beautiful beadwork. It is fully lined. Walking vent up left leg. Fastens around neck with 2 hook/eyes. Zips at waist. Backless. Few sequins missing so selling cheap!! The size tag is missing but when I wore it I was a size 7.
