New with tags, never worn. Have lost weight since I bought it (had planned to wear it to a Stones concert!) and it is too big now.😔 It is stunning and there are no more. Hook and bar closure, shoulder pads. Sleeves can be cuffed if you like. Black and very sparkly trim! I can see this with jeans, boots, and a cowboy hat.
