Good-Lite Visual Acuity Chart Translucent Model A

Vintage medical eye chart is a Good-Lite Translucent Model A visual acuity tester. It has a gray metal housing with a white plastic handle and a built-in power cord. The front panel is a translucent white chart with black lettering and colored horizontal lines. A push-pull power switch is located on the top of the unit next to the handle. The back of the device includes two keyhole slots for wall mounting.
