High waisted, mostly cotton, 2% spandex, mid-wash/ dark wash Jean, palazzo wide leg style. These are pretty long! I am almost 5’9 and on me, they touch the floor without shoes on!! Only worn 2 times after purchase. Great quality jeans. They fit like a size 4!!

@katsungasong hi so sorry I am just getting back to you. I will measure soon and post a measurement photo. These are pretty high waisted, they hit just below the smallest part of my waist. The smallest part of my waist is 26 inches, so these measure around 27 inches across.
