Good American “Good 90s shorts”

Brand new with tags never worn . Tried on but didn’t fit and I’m not able to return. They are black/ gray. I’m in between size 10/12 and chose to size down since I heard they tend to be stretchy. All other pairs in size 10 fit me expect these so I would say these are true to size because they fit but just tighter.
