Golondrina of Mexico Skirt

Brand new! I won this skirt in a donation raffle, it's beautiful but too small for me. It's a bit delicate and there is no lining. I think would work well for a beach cover up. One point of damage I noticed was some loose threads along the band at the top, as pictured where my hand is.
