Golden Vintage Maxi Dress (Silk?) with waist sash

Absolutely stunning maxi dress with peasant blouse front and button detail on the back. Vibrant marigold, purple, and green handkerchief skirt. Excellent condition for its age; no known flaws. 24” waist. Skirt length 39”, approx 54” from shoulder to hem. Additional measurements upon request. My best guess is that this is silk, but no tags to confirm.
