Golden Dragon on Black Satin long skirt EUC small

Fabulous full length with tail, Black satin with Shimmery Golden Dragons frolicking all over it!! I don't remember who makes it, I tend to remove itchy tags off my tight skirts...this is a form fitting high waisted almost mermaid skirt..zip in back..no stretch at all. Heavy material, great embroidery.
