Calling all linen lovers! Tagged nPL for exposure because discovery on Poshmark for smaller brands is difficult 🫠The brand is Manufacture de Lin, and they make high quality linen clothing very similar to nPL in Ukraine (look em up, they’re so great). Perfect skirt, no flaws, I’m just wearing skirts a little less and looking to rotate out for some wide linen pants. All measurements taken flat: Waist 13.5” Length 32”

michelle42nato hi! i'm surprised by the waist measurement--i cross referenced with the brand's website and their listed garment waist measurement is 30". what do you attribute the discrepancy to?

emilysee @michelle42nato I’m not sure! I will say that my experience with this brand is that they vary wildly in the sizing they deliver—I have a pair of medium pants I bought a year ago from them, and when I ordered the same pants in the same size (different color) this year, the waist was at least 2” smaller. I do think the elastic likely stretches over time, but still!

emilysee @michelle42nato I’d also say that possibly what their size chart is trying to convey is that this size works for a 30” waist? It does stretch easily, and so this fits my waist at 30” just fine, even though the flat waist is smaller. Does that make sense? Lemme know if I can provide more info :)
