Beautiful belt Beaded on top of a leather band The back of the band is elastic with a snap to close End to end unstretched is measuring 28 inches The leaf beaded part of the belt is one and three-quarter inches wide This belt does have stretch to it. I would say it would easily fit a small or a medium.
