Gold Tone Stretch Cream Enamel Dotted Elegant Bangle Made in Italy Bracelet

For your consideration a gold tone stainless steal stretch rib base held together with two strong rubber bands surrounded by cream enamel dots with 4 darker tone dots that must have some particular meaning. This elegant bangle was purchased in Italy back in the late 1980s. The overall shape is round 2 3/4" but can stretch to 5" and is 2 tall.
