Gold Tone Filigree Flower w 5" Brass Stem Cloisonné Metal Art Floral Ornament

Floral ornament has intricate gold tone filigree petals at the top portion. There's some gold tone detail on each of the flower buds as well. There's a ribbon attached at the top, so we're not sure if this was used as an ornament? It could also be displayed in a very small bud vase too. This type of metal work is often referred to as a cloisonné decoration technique. Central "stem" appears to be a type of brass. There is some noticeable tarnish on the stem please see photos. Overall measures 5 inches long. Will ship in small box.
