Gold capelet/shawl with sequined appliqué and beaded tassels. The “ties” are somewhat weighted to keep the light material in place/prevents shifting or falling. A few beaded strings are missing or loose (see photos) but with the number of tassels you can’t tell, especially if moving around. Perfect for a Gatsby themed party or music festival!
