Gold Over Sterling Silver Hinged Cuff With Sapphires & Clear CZs

I believe this is a Victoria Weick/HSN bracelet "Finial" although I can't make out the hallmark. This is a hinged cuff in gold over sterling silver with intricately designed end caps featuring created blue sapphires and simulated diamonds or CZs. The clear stones are also set in rows about halfway around the bracelet band. The bracelet has an inner circumference of approximately 6 1/2 inches including the small gap between end caps. It's easy on/off due to the hinge but there is no real flexibility for sizing.
