Gold Belle Dress from “Beauty & the Beast” (custom)

Custom made by artist on Etsy for Disney party about 8 years ago. The top was made to my measurements although I believe the skirt may have been taken from another gown. Sizing equivalent to L/XL. PLEASE ADVISE: The dress has been worn several times and there are stains on the hem of the gown. Ive never attempted to remove the stains so I’m not sure if they can be washed out although I believe they can. Because of this I am discounting the price exponentially.
