Godzilla Monopoly - Monster Edition Board Game - open but unused

Godzilla Monopoly board game, new and complete. The box was opened, but the game pieces, cards, houses, hotels, dice, etc are all still sealed. In great shape, with the exception of some water damage on the box front. It’s hard to see unless the angle of the light is just right. (See photos) Will ship securely.
